Terms and Conditions
All prices are F.O.B. our warehouse. Shipping charges and tax (if applicable) will be added to the order and will appear on the invoice prior to shipping. Market fluctuations make it necessary for us to reserve the right to change prices or goods availability without notice.
Payment and Delivery Terms
Visa, MasterCard and Paypal are accepted for net invoice amount. Delivery is F.O.B. our warehouse.
Quotations
Quotations are subject to prompt acceptance by our customer. We reserve the right to correct typographic errors and to reject orders if credit is found unsatisfactory. Prices submitted do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges and are valid for 30 days.
Damage Claims
If your shipment appears damaged, PLEASE sign “DAMAGED BOX(ES)” on the freight bill unless damage has been marked on it by the carrier.
Return Policy
All requests for returns must be made within 10 days of receiving shipment. An RGA (return goods authorization) must be issued by T-NUTZ.com before goods will be accepted for return. Returned goods are to be shipped freight prepaid in appropriate packaging. The returning party is solely responsible for the as-received condition of the returned goods. Returned parts will be inspected and must be in saleable condition before credit is issued. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns unless otherwise specified by T-NUTZ.com. Custom Parts are not returnable.
Errors
Please notify us promptly of any error in filling your order so that we can correct the error to your satisfaction.
Limited Warranty
Our only obligation is to replace any item proved to be defective.
Liability
Acceptance of any order is conditioned on Buyer’s acceptance of these terms. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, IN TORT, UNDER ANY WARRANTY, IN NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL OUR LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE. THE BUYER’S LIMITED RIGHT TO REPLACEMENT IS THE BUYER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY..
